Hi there! I’m the founder, designer, and “lead explorer” here at The Teaching Treehouse.
This project started with a simple belief: that the most impactful learning happens when children are given the space to be curious, and when caregivers are given the tools to make that magic happen without the stress of hours of planning.

What exactly do I get when I buy a learning pack?
You will receive a high-resolution, professionally designed digital PDF file. Depending on the product, this file contains all the worksheets, flashcards, or posters detailed in the description, ready for you to print and play!
How do I access my files after purchasing?
Once your secure payment is processed, you will also receive an email with a direct link to download your PDF files.
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails sometimes hide there! If you still can’t find it, don’t worry. Just send us an email with your order number, and we will make sure you get your files right away.
What size are the files, and how should I print them?
Our resources are formatted to print perfectly on standard A4 or US Letter paper. You can easily print them on your home printer or take the file to a local print shop. For items like flashcards or posters, we highly recommend printing on heavier cardstock and laminating them for extra durability!
What is your return or refund policy?
Because our products are digital downloads and are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is made.
